By accessing our infrastructure and purchasing digital assets, you agree to the following industrial terms. These rules ensure the stability of our supply chain and the safety of our clients.
Viral Factory is an automated platform for the sale of digital assets. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read the description of the asset and understand its specific use case. All sales are final once the digital delivery is completed.
We provide a 24-hour warranty on all accounts unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description. Replacement is only guaranteed if the account was non-functional at the moment of purchase or if it fails while following the Operational Blueprint (SOPs).
Viral Factory reserves the right to refuse a replacement or refund if:
• Accounts were used with low-quality or free public proxies.
• The user exceeded platform-specific limits (spamming, mass-mentioning) immediately after login.
• The user failed to use an Antidetect browser for multiple account management.
All transactions are processed through secure digital gateways. Refunds are issued to the internal Viral Factory balance only. We do not support external balance withdrawals once a deposit has been confirmed.
Our assets must not be used for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, threats, or the distribution of prohibited content. Viral Factory is not responsible for the actions taken by the user after the asset has been delivered.
Technical support is available via our official channels. When opening a ticket, you must provide the Order ID and a detailed description of the issue, including the proxy type and software used for deployment.
Maintaining industrial-grade assets requires discipline. Following these rules protects your investment and ensures a long-term partnership with the Viral Factory supply network.
Please check your order carefully before confirmation. Due to the digital nature of our factory assets, we cannot “return” an account to stock once the data has been exposed to a buyer.
Our technical team usually verifies replacement claims within 1 to 12 hours. We perform a technical audit of the account status to confirm the failure occurred on our end.
